My realty agent Tina Parrish, far surpassed my expectations for outstanding service, I would like to share the reasons that Tina has earned such a high commendation. By way of context, I live in Orange County, approximately 400 miles from Rossmoor. My late parents, Joyce & Myron Tebenkin, entrusted Tina on multiple occasions as both buyer and seller in Rossmoor for almost 20 years. That endorsement carried a lot of clout as I, the successor trustee, needed to select a realtor to guide the preparation, listing, and eventual sale of my mom's property. I first inquired of a competing agent and real estate firm and was impressed with that agent's knowledge and track record handling the preparation for estate sales in Rossmoor. On my sister's recommendation, I contacted and later negotiated potential terms with Tina. The two offers were essentially equal; yet, Tina earned the business not just because of her prior relationship with my parents, but also because of the details that she recounted to me about my parents and a sense of pride and privilege in working with them. I figured that only someone with good business sense and a true passion for respectful and meaningful relationships with clients would care enough to allow those memories to make an imprint on her heart. From the time that I signed the listing agreement on March 27, 2023 to the close of escrow on May 31, 2023, Tina did her magic. My sister (who lived with my mother at the property) and I met with Tina and Robert Parrish on Friday, March 10. During that meeting and assessment, Tina guided me skillfully on the action points that she recommended to prepare the property for optimal appeal in the market. She understood the financial pressure that I was under, particularly since my mom's passing in February, and she offered her professional opinion about the factors that would be most impactful while carefully considering costs. We agreed on paint, flooring, deep cleaning, grout cleaning, window and power washing, and a full replacement of the failing HVAC system. From there, Tina handled all the logistics including bids and lining up the work to be completed. I sent her checks based on the bids, and she disbursed them after verifying that

the work was done. I live in Southern California, as I mentioned above, and I did not need to make an additional trip to Walnut Creek since my in-person meeting with Tina in March. That was such a stress reliever for me and only made possible because of Tina's exceptional commitment to service and attention to detail.

In addition to being able to take advantage of technology such as DocuSign, Tina's excellent communication allowed the process to run smoothly. Tina's response time to my questions and updates was stellar; not once did I ever need to follow up on her. 

She demonstrated, through her actions, that she valued my time, attention to detail, and the client-agent relationship that we were building. While my recent service-related experiences have been mainly poor to average, Tina and Rossmoor Realty truly break from that trend and deliver a first-class experience. What a breath of fresh air!
