Tina was born in Oakland and grew up in Alameda. Raised with the notion of a strong work ethic, Tina graduated with a Bachelor’s Degree in Business from CSU Hayward (now CSU East Bay) and remained steadfast on pursuing a career in real estate. Before joining Rossmoor Realty as a sales agent in 1991, Tina worked in property management where she acquired an extensive knowledge for real estate transactions. With 39 years of experience in the real estate industry and 34 years working at Rossmoor Realty, Tina remains the longest standing agent at the brokerage, committed to providing expert advice and remarkable results for her clients.
She is the mother of two daughters who both graduated from Cal Poly, San Luis Obispo with degrees in business and are pursuing their careers in the Bay Area and abroad.
Tina has family residing in Croatia, on the beautiful Adriatic coast and enjoys traveling there, Crossfit workouts, yoga, cooking, Book Club and vacationing in Hawaii or spending time in the High Sierras at her family’s cabin in Silver Lake.

Kylie was born and raised in Martinez, California, and attended California Polytechnic State University, San Luis Obispo (Cal Poly), where she earned a degree in Business Administration with a concentration in Finance. Knowing early on that she wanted to build a career in real estate, she earned her California real estate license during her senior year of college.
After graduation, Kylie spent four years working in commercial real estate in both San Francisco and New York City, gaining experience in fast-paced markets and developing a strong foundation in client service, communication, and problem-solving.
In 2022, ready for a new challenge, Kylie took an unconventional detour and became a chef aboard luxury sailing catamarans in the Mediterranean. Working aboard yachts required adaptability, organization, proactive planning, and the ability to anticipate clients' needs while delivering exceptional service in a constantly changing environment.
Now back in California, Kylie is excited to return to the industry that first inspired her professionally. She is joining her parents' team at Rossmoor Realty, where their combined 60+ years of experience have earned them a trusted reputation in the local real estate community. Together, they combine decades of market knowledge with Kylie's fresh perspective, strong work ethic, and commitment to providing exceptional service to every client.
Outside of work, Kylie enjoys golfing, hiking, pottery, and exploring new places. Having visited nearly 40 countries, she has developed a deep appreciation for different cultures, perspectives, and the adventures that come with experiencing the world.
